Aches and Pains

 

Oh the dreaded of aches and pains of life. We all have them! Sometimes we wake up with them, sometimes we go to sleep with them. One thing for sure is that they are annoying and can sure take the joy out of life!

 

People suffer aches and pains throughout their body for many different reasons. The most common causes are:

 

  • Injury or trauma to a specific area or muscle group

  • Overusing a muscle too often or too much
